CREATIVE INTERVENTIONS FOR TREATING TRAUMA
This hands-on workshop educates and engages participants in the benefits of using art therapy and mindfulness as an effective treatment for trauma.

This hands-on workshop educates participants about the symptoms of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
Using art therapy and mindfulness exercises and discussion, participants will identify the impact of compassion fatigue in their lives and will have opportunities to create authentic, sustainable self-care practices, with a focus on how to maintain work-life balance for optimal vitality.
